SuomiCalcium citrate malate
For the first time in Estonia we are using calcium citrate malate (CCM) that is a calcium salt with the highest quality and it is suitable to people of all ages.
CCM is suitable for consumption without food and also with food. CCM is also suitable in case of insufficient stomach acid. In contrast with other calcium salts, CCM is highly bioavailable.
Calcium and kidney stones
A big part of kidney stones is made up of calcium and oxalate. Calcium supplements do not increase the risk of developing stones. However, food with high salt and oxalate content do. Calcium binds oxalate and thus, reduces the risk of forming stones.

Vitamin K2 vitaMK7
Vitamin K2 helps to bind calcium in our bodies and maintain normal bone health. We use clinically tested and patented vitamin K2 that is produced by biofermentation without artificial additives. Vitamin K is known for its blood clotting ability, but nowadays we know that vitamin K has also an important role in bone health. Vitamin K2 used in the product has been clinically tested and it has been found that it increases bone mineral density and supports heart and vascular health [2] [3].
